ROUTINE MAINTENANCE

PMP Rope Access provides a range of routine maintenance services which are tailored to the needs of each client. Many routine maintenance tasks can be carried out during inspection visits, saving time and money.

Typical maintenance tasks which can be performed during visits include replacing faulty or time expired emergency lighting bulbs; lubrication of hinges, gears and a variety of mechanical devices; mechanical part replacement and exchange; cleaning; reapplying surface coatings; replacing fire extinguishers; bolt tightening; and cable tensioning.

PMP works closely with each client to produce bespoke routine maintenance schedules and costs for each client and for each location or type of structure. Reports of maintenance work done, and where appropriate additional work required, are provided after each visit. Where additional work is required it is categorised as urgent or non-urgent. Special visits can be arranged for urgent work whereas non-urgent work can be scheduled for future routine maintenance visits.
